A Retail and trading company located in Ibadan seeks for an Internal Auditor and clerks respectively with the following:

Auditor - Requirements:
Qualification: A minimum of a HND degree in Accounting (professional certification will be an added advantage)
Gender: male
Age : 29 – 35
Year of experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail industry

Required Knowledge and Skills
• To examine financial records, information storage systems and internal controls
• To ensure there are no indications of mismanagement, unnecessary waste of resources or fraud.
• To evaluate management procedures and operations to ensure the company is operating as efficiently as possible while remaining within established corporate polices.
• To ensure transparency and improved accountability.
• To review all records and information related to expenditures, cost, taxes and internal controls to determine company’s security and strong financial foundation.
• Proven Account Management skills
• Highly level of proven integrity.
• Extremely detail oriented
• Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction

Audit Clerks
A Retail and trading company located in Ibadan seeks for an Audit Clerk with the following:

Requirements:
Qualification: A minimum of a HND degree in Accounting (professional certification will be an added advantage)
Gender: male
Age : 26 – 30
Year of experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in retail industry
• To record, analyze and store information
• To receive, record and bank cash, checks and vouchers
• To calculate and prepare checks for taxes, utilities and other payments
• To reconcile records of bank transactions.
• To prepare trial balances of books, monitor the status of accounts and loans
• To ensure payments are up-to-date
• To maintain inventory records and prepare expense reports and purchase orders.
