Key Responsibilities:
· Report to the Human Resources Manager
· Develop and Implement the Company’s Annual Training Plan according to the Company’s Strategy
· Design, Organize and Implement trainings in order to bridge identified gaps in knowledge and skills
· Manage the E-learning programmed
· Coordinate training for Induction and Orientation of new staff

• Maintain training matrix showing holistic training position of each department, compliance with training calendar and performance report

· Manage the training appraisal cycle.
· Amend and revise training programmes as necessary, in order toadapt to the changes that occur in the work environment.
· Manage the training budget
· Liaise with internal and external Facilitators and otherTraining Organizations.
Role Profile:
· Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Administration, Business Admin, social Sciences, Humanities or related field
· Excellent interpersonal skills
· Persuasive skills
· Ability to manage and prioritize time
· Good problem solving and decision making skills
· Good verbal and written communication skills
· Attention to detail
· A good working Knowledge of Microsoft Office Packages.
