Human Resource Officer Needed Urgently

Vacancy currently exists for a Human Resource Officer in BlackHouse Media LTD.

REPORTING TO: The HR Manager, BlackHouse Media.

JOB SUMMARY
The selected candidate will be responsible for core HR functions to include performance management, recruitment and selection, employee induction and orientation, employee welfare, succession planning and other related HR functions.

AGE RANGE
22- 35

REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE FOR THE POSITION
• A good working knowledge of all core HR branches.
• Strong interactive and communication skills


RELEVANT EXPERIENCE
• 1- 2 years experience as a Human Resource Personnel.

QUALIFICATION
A Bachelor’s/ associate degree in Human Resources or a relevant degree in the Social Sciences or Arts.
Professional membership with registered HR body or a masters in a HR related field will be of added advantage.

Please note that each candidate must be able to give an account of how he/she has been able to solve problems encountered on the Job related to Managing critical situations and transforming initiatives into results during the interview session.
An ability to effectively present facts and figures on these challenges shall be the deciding factor for selecting the ideal candidate.
