A mini Hotel located at Ikeja Needs a Hotel Supervisor with the folowing:

Knowledge /Required to:
? Good knowledge of industry operations
? Supervise kitchen operations.
? Develop product lines
? Maintain quality and consistency in deliverable.
? Proactively plans and manages relevant resources
Skills / Technology Awareness/Required Knowledge of tools ? Basic catering and culinary skills.
? Eyes for details.
? Fast food kitchen leadership
? Good customer service skills
? Good interpersonal
? Communication (written and oral) skills
? Good use of the computer ;Microsoft office packages
? Very good use of Internet features.
? Should be technology gargets friendly

Education and Relevant Experience ? HND/OND in related field

? 2-3 Years work experience.

? Age: 30 - 35

? Gender: Male/Female

Location ? Ikeja Lagos

Reporting to ? Operations/Hotel Manager
