The ideal candidate must meet the following expectations:

1. Must have a graduate degree...Masters may be an added advantage
2. Must have atleast 10years teaching experince or of working in an educational environment
3. Must be distingushed in conducting exploratory research and academic authorship
4. Must be significantly aware of and connected to the external community and peer review socities in a way of showcasing the schools programs and talents.
5. Must be entreprenural in Nature.
