Head of quality control needed urgently!!!

We are a competing printing and press company located at the Lagos Mainland with about 8 years of existence. We require the services of a competent Head of Quality Control who will manage the subsidiary of other press of the company.
Applicants are expected to meet with the requirements below to measure up to desired Industry benchmark, the vision and goals of the organization.

Qualification: A first degree preferably within the social sciences (Possession of an MBA or other post graduate qualifications would provide a strong advantage.)

Years of Relevant Experience: At least 10 years experience within the printing industry, 8 years of which must involve quality control
Responsibilities will include but not limited to:
· Working with purchasing staff to establish quality requirements from external suppliers
· Ensuring compliance with national and international standards and legislation
· Considering the application of environmental and health and safety standard
· Agreeing standards and establishing clearly defined quality methods for staff to apply
· Defining quality procedures in conjunction with operating staff
· Setting up and maintaining controls and documentation procedures
· Identifying relevant quality-related training needs and delivering training
· Collating and analyzing performance data and chat against defining perimeters
· Ensuring tests and procedures are properly understood, carried out and evaluated and that product modifications are investigated if necessary
· Supervising technical staff in carrying out tests and checks if necessary
· Writing technical and management system report
· Bringing together staff of different disciplines and driving the group to plan, formulate and agree comprehensive quality procedures

· Must have a high sense of discipline and integrity and coordination
· Should be able to communicate effectively both orally and by writing.
