Our Client is a major player in the Educational Sector and urgently requires a suitable candidate for the Subject Teacher position as detailed below

Responsibilities:
To provide an excellent and continuously improving legal service to the school.
Responsible for compliance with various statutory obligations, including Data Protection, Freedom of Information, Child Protection and Equality legislation.
Creates overall operation of Legal Services dealing with general queries, drafting standard documentation under supervision and providing general legal support.
Ensure proper commercial and academic agreements in the school.
Provide general commercial and contractual advice to staff.
Prepare legal opinions and advising the management on general issues that may arise from time to time.
Provide advice on any litigation affecting the Management.
Provide legal advisory and interpretation services to the management on various aspects on the existing law and regulatory requirements.
Prepare policy papers and instruments, which have legal implications for consideration by appropriate authorities.
Review and advice on MOUs between the Management and other organizations.
Facilities to ensure legal documentations are in compliance with statutory requirements.
Review the Financing agreements between Management and other parties.

Qualifications and Requirements:
LLB, LLM.
MBA will be added advantage.
Minimum of 8 years working experience with at least 6 years role experience.
Collaborative.
Knowledge of Nigerian Law and Customs.
Research and Documentation.
