Front desk / admin officer's job

A shipping company requires the service of a VIBRANT, PRESENTABLE, YOUNG and SMART LADY as a Front Desk Officer. The ideal candidate is expected to be a graduate and will be responsible for the general administration of the office, ensuring that the environment is kept in order; Drivers and Security men are up to date in their assigned task, etc; Attend to Visitors and clients amongst others. And most importantly, she must be a discipline person and is able to instill discipline in others.
