Manager

Fairview Pathology Laboratories and Funerary Services, a division of Fairview hi-great Nigeria Limited, seeks to engage the services of a Business Manager for immediate employment.

Location: Akure, Ondo State

The appointee will be required to manage both personnel and material resources of the company towards achieving her vision and mission, and thereby, the meeting expectations of her customers.

The Job: The duties will include, but are not limited to
• Coordinating and managing resources to achieve managerial objectives
• Constantly ensuring that the staff are focused on a customer-satisfying paradigm
• Constantly evolving marketing strategies to widen client base
• Preparing daily, weekly, monthly and quarterly reports of activities at the office for the M.D (including minutes for monthly staff meetings).

The Person: The right candidate should posses:

Basic qualifications
• We would prefer a graduate in the Health Sciences, sciences or social sciences.
• A BSC degree with a minimum of second class lower from a well recognized University or an HND polytechnic with an upper credit classification (preferably in health science, science or social science)
• Must have completed NYSC
(Previous managerial work experience would be an added advantage)
• Computing / I.T skills (Any additional qualification in Computer Appreciation etc would be a distinct advantage). Candidate must seek to regularly update skills at personal expense (mandatory)
• Must be between 24 – 35 years.

In addition we would expect the successful candidate to possess the following:

• clear personal objectives and responsibility for self development
• Good Numerical and Verbal comprehension
• Good oral and written communication skills
• Action oriented approach to work
• Ability to multi-task under pressure
• Possess a good dress sense.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license
