Estate Surveyor & Admin Officer wanted
- An Estate Surveyor with 7-10years experience wanted. The candidate will be responsible for:
- Driving the sales force and achieving the marketing target of our products in the specified region
- Manage all third party relationships with Agents and Clients
- Supervise other staff in the Department
- Make periodic reports to management on activities in their region
- Responsible for all valuation matters within the specified region
Locations: Port- Harcourt
Experience: Minimum of 7years experience in Real Estate Marketing and Agency services.
Qualifications:
- Must possess a B.Sc or HND in Estate Management
- Must be a registered Estate Surveyor
- Must have adequate presentation and analytical skills
- Must have at least 7years working experience with track records of Sale/ purchases of properties.
2. An Administrative Officer wanted in an IT- Engineering Firm. The candidate will be responsible for:
- General management and organisational duties
- Write proposals and make presentations
- Prepare and reconcile general bank statements
- Ensure data is entered into the system
- Ensure transactions are properly recorded and entered into the computerized accounting system
- Prepare income statement, balance sheets
- Assist with the annual audit
- Maintain financial files and records
Experience: Minimum of 2years experience as an Adminstrative/ Document Controller.
Qualifications:
- Must be a male, resident in Lagos
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Must possess a B.Sc in IT/ Computer or Social sciences
- Must be a computer literate and very proficient with various computer applications.
- Must have adequate presentation and analytical skills
