Customer Service Representative and Marketer | N300,000 – 420,000 pa | Lagos | Reference: RCD-CSRM


Reporting to the Accounts Manager the role is responsible for customer relations and interfaces with our customers physically or virtually via telephone, SMS, email or any other communication technology aid and expenses, cash disbursements, cash, reconciliation, etc.


Key accountabilities
· Telesales/ telemarketing
· Physical/ on-site marketing
· Customer relationship management
Your knowledge, skills and experience
· Good poise with HND/Bsc in any discipline
· Good command of written and spoken English
· Computer literacy
· Winsome personality
