Chief operating officer

Our client, an Oil servicing company located at Lagos seeks for the services of a Chief Operating Officer with the following:

Required Qualification: B. Engineering or any related discipline; professional qualifications/certifications will be an added advantage.
Responsibilities:
· Create balanced score card for team and set measurement parameters
· Create company operations budgets to meet organizational budget and other financial goals.
· Participate in acquisition and growth activities to support overall business objectives and plans
· Develop, establish, and direct execution of operating policies to support overall company policies and objectives.
· Establish and monitor performance reporting systems; monitor departmental performance against set goals and objectives to ensure that progress is being made.
· Coordination and management of offshore activities and should have managed a major offshore project.
