CFO For A Printing Company Needed Urgently

Our client a major competitor in the Publishing Industry is seeking to recruit a vibrant and result oriented Chief Finance Officer to secure and manage their Finance and Accounts Unit, support other unit in ensuring the set goals of the organization are achieved.
Please find the below the required specification for the position:

Qualification: A Minimum of BSc in Accounts or any related field
Professional certification will be an added advantage
Gender : Male/Female
Age: Minimum of 47years
Years of Experience: Up to 10 years
Location: Ikeja Lagos
Responsibility:
• To build primary business contact for the client and be responsible for client satisfaction.
• To consistently provide excellent customer service to accounts, as well as represent client needs and goals within the organization to ensure quality.
• To build relationships with clients to encourage new and repeat business opportunities.
• To understand company capabilities and service, and effectively communicate all offerings to the client.
• To pursue opportunities for account growth and new business
• To approve change orders and invoices, and responsible for payment collections
• To ensure clients’ issues are dealt with in an efficient manner,
• To work closely with the project team in order to maintain a continuous knowledge of project status.
• To report to required authority, providing regular input on all account activity, including status and weekly reports.
• To ensure Financial staff management, motivation, training, recruitment and selection of the unit
• To report and account as per regulatory and legal requirements including taxation, dividends, annual report and accounts.
Requirements:
• Proven Account Management skills required in order to create, maintain and enhance customer relationships
• Minimum 3 years of Account/project management experience
• Extremely detail oriented
• Technical competence (understand software, hardware, networks, etc)
• Motivated, goal oriented, persistent and a skilled negotiator
• High level of initiative and work well in a team environment
• Excellent written and oral communication skills
• Handles stressful situations and deadline pressures well
• Plans and carries out responsibilities with minimal direction
