Business Manager (COO) In Ikeja Lagos

A printing and publishing organization located at the heart of Lagos State seeks the services of a Business Manager (Chief Operating Officer Level) with a minimum of an MBA/MSc, relevant professional certifications and up to 8 years experience. Candidate will be required to manage the paper trading arm of the printing company, run with the strategic vision of fostering and increasing profit, cultivating excellent company culture, assess the benefits of prospective contracts, ensure adequate controls are instituted, and oversee business plans, liaise with required financial institutions, provide leadership pathways for subordinates among other responsibilities. Candidate is required to be knowledgeable in strategic business planning and execution, organizational development, human resources, business management, capacity building, accounting and finance. Expected skills include excellent business development and marketing skills, project management skill, good analytical skill, excellent communication skills, good leadership skills, good work and professional ethics.
