Business development/marketing manager needed urgently

FLOURISH CONCEPTS; a fast growing company is seeking to employ the services of a Business Development/Marketing Manager in Lagos and Abuja.

DESCRIPTION
To develop, establish and maintain marketing strategies to meet organizational objectives. Effective management of the marketing, advertising and promotional activities of the organization.

Main Job Tasks and Responsibilities
1. Manage and coordinate all marketing, advertising activities.
2. Conduct market research to determine market requirements for existing and future
products analysis of customer research, current market conditions and competitor
information
3. Develop and Implement marketing plans and projects for new and existing products
4. Manage the productivity of the marketing plans and projects
5. Monitor, review and report on all marketing activity and results
6. Determine and manage the marketing budget
7. Deliver marketing activity within agreed budget
8. Develop pricing strategy

Education and Experience

1. Business or Marketing-related degree or equivalent professional qualification
2. Experience in all aspects of developing and maintaining marketing strategies
technical marketing skills
3. Proven experience in customer and market research/management
