Architect and Project Supervisor Needed Urgently

An Interior decor company on the island requires the services of an Architect/Project Supervisor with the following:

HND or BSC degree in Architecture
Up to 3years experience in similar role
Age: Minimum of 28 - 35years old
Sex: Male



Responsibilities/Skills/competencies
Good knowledge of auto card software and 3D for design
Good knowledge of interior decorating or relevant Industry experience

Must be able to identify resources and assign duties to project executives
Must be able to meet project timelines and deliver according to specification
Must be able to deploy effective project management skills in all projects
Must be able to design and supervise the execution of all project work and ensure optimum success

Good project management and costing skills
Good supervisory and negotiating skill
Good planning and time management skill
Must be analytical
Excellent communication skill (written and oral)
Good creative and design skills
