OERL is into education consultancy services and is known as the number one Indian Education Promoter in Nigeria. In the last one year, the company has recruited 70 + students for various courses and into reputable institutions in India. Between 31st May and 2nd June, 2011, OERL organized India Education Fair in conjunction with Education Consultant India Limited (Govt. of India Enterprises) and India High Commission, Nigeria. OERL hosted interested applicants to enable them secure admission and visa for their respective courses and institutions in India. This is just an except of OERL success story.

1) Support with initiative and promote OERL to achieve the distribution of India Education campaign
2) Develop a skill that can make quite an impact and attain innovation of campaign that OERL is the leading company in the promotion of Indian education in Nigeria
3) Handles all levels of talks and interaction with others. Prioritize and fulfill task and request from all
4) Ensure that agents meet their respective target through and outstretched arm of assistance
5) Arrange and submit student’s data in details as required by OERL
6) Educate the Agents on compensation plan and how best to meet the required target
7) Make flyers and other related marketing materials available where and when needed
8) Ensure that the correct Admission processing fees is paid to OERL appropriate account
9) Can act as Agent on his/her own but with exclusion of basic allowance
10) Other duties shall be verbally communicated
DUTIES OF AGENT
Focused Agent: Agent in focus includes but not limited to:
- Cyber Café owners
- Tutorial Centre owners
- Secondary School owners, etc.
1. Agent is oblige to work directly with marketers
2. Create forum/centres where marketers can meet with them as at when due
3. Open a comprehensive record of student who register through their centres
4. Agent can freely relate with authorized OERL staff to clarify misunderstood terms
5. Exercise a reasonable standard care and comply strictly with the terms of instruction as directed by OERL
6. Intimate OERL through marketers anything that comes to mind – action and reaction that is likely to influence decision
7. Ask marketers for a copy of Compensation plan with lucid explanation
