· To ensure the maximization of profit whilst minimizing costs

· Ensures the promotions are accurate and merchandised to the company’s standards

· Ensures excellent customer care standards are met.

· Ensures the logistics of goods arrives safely and In good condition
· Ensures detailed stocks are taken and properly managed
· managing stock levels and making key decisions with designated authority about stock control
· Analyzing sales figures and forecasting future sales volumes to maximize profits
· Analyzing and interpreting trends to facilitate planning
· Ensures standard for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
· Responds to customer complaints and comments

• Supervises sales floor regularly, team mates and customers, and identifying or resolving urgent issues
