An administrator with a Mechanical Engr background is urgently Needed in a group of companies
Personnel Specification
1. 1. Must have an Electrical or Mechanical Engineering background with B.Engr qualitfication.
2. 2. Must have a good knowledge of Perkins generator operations ( Servicing of 4. Perkins generator knowledge will be an added advantage)
3. 4. Must have a working knowledge of electrical / lighting fittings
4. 5. Must have at least 4 years experience in a facility management company or department.
5. 6. Must have a good knowledge of computer operations.
7. Must be ready to resume work soonest.


Will be reporting to the Chief Operating Office (COO)

FUNCTIONS FOR THE ADMINISTRATOR
1.
Presentation of the monthly cost of Group asset Maintenance to the COO and the mgt, example, A/C, Generators, vehicles audit/maintenance, electrical maintenance, plumbing expenses , general administrative cost e.t.c
2. Presentation of Vehicle maintenance and cost implication on each vehicle in the fleet
3. Ensure compliance of all administrative standards is kept by the unit.
4. Ensuring that the Water Plant Maintenance cost is done at a minimal cost and used appropriately
5. Ensure that all Utility Bills for the group are paid on time and documented (PHCN, VPN & Waste disposal)
6. Ensure that Diesel supply and consumption rate per month are managed accordingly
7. In charge of the Logistics arrangement for the entire staff on any official duty
8. Manage the Procurement and negotiation with vendors to ensure products and services are purchased at the most affordable price in the market.
9. Co coordinating of purchase approval form to COO on all administrative tools for the group
