Administrative Personnel needed

Administrative Personnel (Ref Code: HGS4C005)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor all administrative duties of the office
- Handle logistics, including purchase of necessary office supplies
- Research on best price, quality and point of sales for office supplies
- Follow up on Jobs sent out for prints
- Handling of invoice and receipts from clients

Requirements:
• Have minimum of OND in any relevant field.
• Minimum of 1 year Administrative experience.
• Have excellent communication skills.
• Possess ability to work in a team.
• Good command of English
• Good bargaining and negotiating power
• Ability to work under pressure
• Self motivated with little or no supervision
