Administrative Intern / Assistant Office Manager
A fast growing creative design agency has a vacancy for the post of an administrative intern for immediate employment.
Key Roles will include:

• Assisting Management in the day to day running and administration of the Office.
• Assisting in management of Human , Capacity and operational resources
• Assisting in client relationship management and project documentations (PID, proposals, e.t.c)
• Help in monitoring the various key performance indices (KPI) of staff and service arms within the organisation.
• Update, Monitor and Maintain key date calendars for various services and service groups. .
• Other tasks as assigned by the Office Manager.
• Previous Experience in Secretarial / Office Management / Administrative / Personal Assistant role is an advantage.
• Must have average experience in use of Office Applications, Internet, Email and Social Networks.
• Only candidates residing in or around Lagos Island need apply.
• Candidate must be between the ages 18 - 29 years.
