Admin officer:

A smart, proactive and passionate admin officer is needed in our organization, candidate must possess the following:

Qualification:
· B.Sc in Business/Public Administration or any related.
· Years of experience: 1 to 3 years of experience in Administration.
· Gender: Male/Female
· Age: 28 - 30 years

Responsibilities: Candidate will be required to:
· Manage stationary procurement and disbursement
· Monitor and effectively manage office repairs and infrastructure
· Manage staff such as driver, cleaners, office assistance and food vendors
· Provide information for IT, HR, and accounts departments for effective work out put
· Manage organizations utility and relevant regulatory bodies
· Write reports that will focus on work progress.
