Abuja Residents Only: Volunteers needed for the Earth Hour Walk in Nigeria

Volunteering is the act of donating one's time and skills for a cause. Working without financial renumerations, volunteers typically join an organization they admire to contribute to its growth, or join a project because they strongly believe in a cause and want to play a role in affecting its outcomes.

Consequently, The Visit Gwarinpa team (http://www.visitgwarinpa.org) wishes to recruit volunteers for its Earth Hour Walk ( to know more about Earth Hour, visit http://www.earthhour.org ) coming up on Saturday, March 26, 2011 . For volunteers, they will be trained in using ICT for social development; Health, Safety and Environment. Likewise volunteers will be given honorarium for volunteering.
