EMPLOYMENT ADVERT
Our NGO is currently looking for 6 Zonal Coordinators that will manage its programs in the following states:
1. Benue
2. Cross River
3. Sokoto
4. Adamawa
5. Anambra
6. Oyo

Key Responsibilities:
1. Responsible for the over-all management of the organization’s programs/projects in the Zone by:
• Spearheading the preparation of strategic plans for the Zonal Office in accordance with the organization’s over-all plan;
• Identifying potential fundraising strategies in the zone that will support existing programs/projects or new programs/projects
• Seeking and maintaining collaboration with potential partners at the zonal level
• Supervising implementation of all zonal level programs/projects
• Taking charge of all M and E efforts/activities at the zonal level in accordance with the organization’s over-all M and E program
• Maintaining an updated database of zonal information relevant to the organization
1. Set up zonal office and putting systems in place
2. Act as the organization’s representative in the zone by attending meetings/workshops/zonal-based activities; signing documents/communications on behalf of the organization; and by promoting the services/programs in the zone
3. Take charge of administrative and finance concerns of the zonal office
4. Report to the main office on a regular basis

Qualifications:
1. At least BA degree in Social Sciences, Management or Public Health.
2. At least 3 years experience in NGO work if Master’s degree holder and 5 years experience if a BA degree holder; with extensive knowledge and experience in program implementation
3. Excellent managerial skills
4. A good team-player
5. Can work with little supervision
6. Capable of working under pressure
7. Willing to travel
8. Willing to relocate to the states identified above (no relocation package)
