when Jesus Christ was describing who a leader is,what did He say, He said to lead u must first be submissive, humble.i believe a leader is someone who is humble, submissive, who is willing and ready to make some sacrifices for the people he is leading just like Obama is doing.in life, i have learnt to always be submssive when given a role to carry out becos by so doing, people u are leading will respect u and always go along with u, am speaking from experience.so to lead u must bear this in mind, be submissive and humility counts.
