few days ago the higly respected n indomitable 1st black American president in person of Barack Obama paid a visit to our dear neighbouring country (Ghana) n made a statement which for some minutes left me in a state of oblivion considering d current academic state of my Father's land (NIGERIA), he said and i quote AFRICA DOES NOT NEED STRONG MEN, WHAT THEY NEED ARE STRONG INSTITUTIONS. people please tell me what is the vision of our leaders, any light at the end of the tunnel?
