This is one of the reasons why people never get called back for the job.This is one secret most people get to know about.I have researched over the years and found out that the rate at which the Universities turn out graduates is in a geometric rate compared to the number of opportunities that exist.They turn out different classes of graduates.So take for instance if a company puts up a vacancy for some positions and the minimum qualification is a 2ND class upper,you will see that thousands of people will apply for that same job which eaves you with a slim chance of getting the job.Even if you have a 1st class from a reputable University you will equally find your category of people there.You might even end up not getting the Job not because you are not good but because there is so much competition.
