What to do about Glo recruitment, hurry!

guys, what are we to do about globacom? Almost everytime, they are making an advert and they have not call me or any of my friends that are even do more than myself. So reply to know what globacom are into now. Because i'm tired of just applying for their jobs. they will never call you at all.
