The type of job you do will determine what you will do.
If you like your job you can decide to go for further training in the area you are currently working on i.e professional qualifications or if interested in teaching, you can decide to continue on that line by going for BSc
Whatever you decide to do:
(1) Don't quit your job - jobs are scarce
(2) Don't be stagnant - the only thing constant in life is change itself
(3) Whatever you are doing now give it your best you'll need the skills, and knowledge later on in life.
