VAN SALES REPRESENTATIVE
Direct reporters : Nil
In-direct reporters: Merchandisers/ Distributor's Salesmen
Co-ordinates : Accounts and Sales Co-ordinator
Position report into : Sales Manager/ASM

1. Young & Energetic. Should be between 24 to 28 yrs of age.
Min. education level of OND or HND
2. Good communicator. Must be able to speak English and local language.
3. Min 2 -3 years Experience in FMCG van sales in Lagos , Ibadan or the East States etc.
4. Good numerical ability.
5. Holding valid driving license.
6. Ethical and high level of personal integrity
7. Should have motivation to achieve sales and grow with the organisation.
8. Should have been associated with major FMCG's or beverage Co. at lease for 1-2 yrs.

Soft skills required:

Good communication: To appoint and deal with the distributors, retail trade and the merchandisers/vendors on day-to-day basis.

Controlling and guiding skills: To manage Delivery Van/drivers/salesmen.

Good relationship skills: To maintain good and business relationship with trade. He needs to deals with them with a cool head and lot of patience. He should be a good team player.

Leadership skills: He has to lead team of merchandisersand help them in achieving their targets. Also he needs to help the distributors in his area to grow their business.
