When is the application form due to be released online and what is the address of the official site for applying? Pls I would really appreciate anybody that can give me credible information. US lottery visa will begin on Tuesday, October 2, 2012 at 12:00 and conclude on Saturday Nov 3, 2012 at 12:00 Noon.
