Is there any Nigerian University or Polytechnic with e-Learning Facility?

http://cdn.theinfostrides.com/Upload...e_learning.jpg Globally, most tertiary institutions are blending their teaching with mobile technology and learning. With growing rate of mobile usage with Internet, Nigerian tertiary institutions should have a forward thinking by offering paperless lectures.

Paperless in this context means that lectures are delivered online or through other media like CD, iPods, iPhone, flip Phone and PC without necessarily in physical contact with the students.

I am curious to know; is there any university, polytechnic or college in Nigeria that offers e-learning to its students?
