Please let's be serious here.While it is in your rights to present issues,it will be better if you bring up innovative stuff and leave arguments out. What does it matter which pays more? Some people on this forum need advice and insights on how to get a job or improve on their career choice. We have had and still have successful people in those fields. The two fields are not the same and every company pays according to industry standard and amount of revenue it generates. Though occupational mobility of labour gives room for criss-crossing and people move for better pay,job satisfaction and/or improved working conditions.
