Rivers state Graduates Presently unemployed between the ages of 23years and 40years are thereby asked to bring their CVS and LGA identification letter to the Secretariat on thursday 24th,July 2008,time 10am for submission

in order to efficiently carry out the registration process of all Rivers State graduates presently unemployed,graduates between the ages of 23 and 33years are to come to the Block C,State Secretariat on thursday 24th of July,2008 by 10am with theirCV and LGA identificatoin letter.

I am from Imo state. Can't I apply? One Nigeria.
