Brother, I was in port last week and FBN told me the cards are not avaliable. Now am in calabar. The cads are in abudance here. I can help you buy before I return to PH. There are limited card in Rivers state scholarship board, state secretariat. I also learnt that the card is available in FBN yenagoa and Owerri.
