PTDF scholarship and CINFORES!

PTDF scholarship is on now using ptdf.cinfores.com (dont use www) and is operational now with 1000 Naira online payment via ATM card. My problem now is that
1. They request for the pin of my card which is security risky
2. They accept verve card and interswitch which are all magnetic strip cards (outdated) . I presently use mastercard so in any case, i cant apply.
3. The website has a landline that is not working and no email address, only an address at Garki Abuja.
4. Friends i have at First Bank says they dont have the scratch card yet and dont know anything about it for now.
Pls house what is your general advice on this issue.

I managed to get the scratch card through a friend in Job. I've been stock here all day trying to upload document with no one to help. I managed to contact them thru a number a friend gave me but they don't seem to have answers or show responsibility for any thing

attentions guys,if u are trying to upload document o cinfores site, make sure u use microsoft photo manager to reduce the size of your document so that it can easily be uploaded.
