practcal workshop update

I will appreciate it if any house member can help m with a location of a good electrical laboratory in Lagos or anywhere in Nigeria. I mean where I can carry out the stated below practicals for academic purpose.

Experiment 1
Generation and measurement of impulse voltage

AIM

A. To demonstrate the operation of a four-stage MARX impulse generator.

B. To use sphere-gaps to calibrate the impulse generator

C. To demonstrate the flash-over in uniform and non-uniform gaps.

Experiment 2
Generation and measurement of high AC voltage by means of a transformer

Aim

To demonstrate the generation and measurement of high AC voltage by means of a transformer.

Experiment 3
Generation and measurement of High AC voltage

Aim

To demonstrate the generation of high AC voltage by means of series resonance.
