Pls I want to know How to Answer Interview assesment test?

pls I want to know ow to answer inteview assesment test.
Some mnth ago i wrote a text in Abuja and recently another on the net.
I failed the two at the talent assesment stage,I mean the type of assesment that the company want to knw if u r the type of
person they r looking for in which u tell them some qualities u possess.

Pls house mate tell me ow to approach this type of assesment incase of future.
