PLEASE WHAT CAN I DO AGAIN

Please can anyone help me out there ,to get jobs out threr is not that very easy especially in Nigerian Banking Indusrtry, if you don't know anybody you can't get job or they give you a target.What has government done so far to help the less priviledge,i just heard that government is planing to allocate certain ammount to jobless youths in the country,for how long will they be giving out allowances to Nigerian youths.I work in any organisation,i have accounting background.
