please we saw an advert by one NGO(Accident victims rescue information services)in NIGERIA claiming to recruit 13500 soon for both senoir and junior positions.however they want applicants to pay one thousand naira to some banks.pls does anybody out there knows the veracity or other wise of such organization.i mean one or two news about them whether they are geniune or not thanks.
