New Yardsticks!

Hello House,

There's is what is going on today in the global world. It is called the "New Yardstick". It is a good thing to have your credentials and the necessary papers to enhance your job prospects and ofcourse give you an edge over others. But, we musn't fail to understand this... that all organizations today have Core Values. What organizations today are looking for in you is not how brillant you maybe but how well you are willing and able to imbibe their core values, maximize them and enterpreneur them within same umbrella.

Integrity, Empathy and Honesty are the ingredients they are looking out for. What matters is 'what you are' and not who you are. What are your make-ups. The stuffs you exibits only tells the next person of your make-ups.

The only thing within the circle of your control is you behaviour. Ofcourse, you cannot control the way I perceive you. Your total you only tells who you are. The only way you can control my perception of you is your behaviour.

House, we are youth... define your purpose, get the right attitude because it is better to maintain the attitude than to regain the right attitude. Please it is high time we start been objective in our thinking and reasoning.

GOD is ever Faithful concerning and towards HIS promises. If HE promises, it will come to pass because HIS WORD will not return to HIM void.
