NEW GIST ON FIRS

I did promise the house i'll update u as soon as i get infos on FIRS,and the update is this; About 500 internal staff has been shortlisted for upgrading to the senior cadre, FIRS has like 6000 staffs, almost 3000 are junior staffs with o'level,hence FIRS intends to use more graduates instead of these junior staffs, rumour has it that many of them will be pushed off... Shortlisting for new staff will definitely not exceed this month ending because a new board has been instituted for FIRS and they want the recruitment done urgently...About 5000 staff will be recruited nation wide as against our presumed 1000.. chao!!
