Please has anybody got any idea why the NDDC Office in Bayelsa say they dont have the application form for the NDDC (NTAC) Program. It ends on Tuesday next week yet the office does'nt have ready form 2 issue 2 applicants. Or are they selling the free forms?

This is also the same story in NDDC Office in Benin. I was there on Wednesday at about 10 am. You could imagine the crowd around that office. If this form is free as they say, it should be downloaded from their website or simply filled online. We are in the 21st century for crying out loud. Enough of all these paper things. I am beginning to smell something fishy here.
