NCAA calling for test

hello guys, Got a mail from Nigerian Civil Aviation Authority inviting me for a test at d university of lagos in lagos state at 1pm on d 6th of august...pls does anyone know thier test format and recruitment process..i hope they are not those types of companies dat drag for a year after a test is conducted.
please any useful info u can give cos i stay in ph, i dont want to waste my time and money
