JOB DESCRIPTION

Benue Agency for Community and Social Development Project (CSDP) World Bank Assisted. Benue State Government has established an agency for community and Social Development Project (BNCSDP), which would in the instance be responsible for implementing a 5 years World Bank Assisted Project. The BNCSDP has the main objective to increase access of poor people (in rural communities) to improved social and natural resource, infrastructure services in a sustainable manner through the provision of grant support to beneficiaries for identifying, prioritizing implementation and maintenance of community-driven micro-projects and under Approved Community Development Plans (CDPs).

JOB REQUIREMENT

Candidate must have A University Degree or equivalent in Gender Studies, Sociology, Social Work, Community and rural development, with a least six years post qualification experience. Previous experience in gender-focused NGO will be an added advantage.
