Interview question: What is/are your strenghts and weaknesses

hello all,

how do you think someone can confidently answer these questions if asked by prospective employers in a way that they will be impressed without necessarily exaggerating.

Please Yinka, do you have an insight or answer to the above question?


Do we have people with strenghts but no weaknesses or vice versa?

you will only be deceiving yourself if you claim to have no weakness. its human, but to tackle this question, you must emphasise a lot on your strength and do not over state your weakness. also be careful the kind of weakness you state. don't blow your mouth. indicate your weakness as things you have noticed and your are trying to correct .

Yep' Ayo' has said it..it amounts to deception to attempt to say that u have no weaknesses. And don't say ur weakness is that u are a 'perfectionist'. What you have to do is to explain a part of you u know isn't perfect but that u are working on currently and is actually now becoming a strength. The key is to talk about your weakness (something bad) and make it look like something that can become a strength (something good).
