is possible they dont want to recruit 2.2. cos here in Abuja for over three weeks we wrote the same test, the 2.2 results is yet to be out. all the same keep praying.

Just be prayerful if it's Access bank. I wrote their tests (the two stages) last May in Abuja and 1st interview in Abuja the following day. I was invited for final interview with the MD of the bank, 10 days later. That was it since then. Though, i dint av my discharge ready that period. I took courage and wrote their test again l;ast month though an insider invited me this time. I passed again. i was cald 4 interview in their APAPA office and never to be cald for the final interview @ the head office.
MY ADVICE:
If u av 2"1 from a Federal University and u hear that they are writing ACCESS Bank test, gatecrash but dont go with 2 many people as u may be asked questions regarding ur invitation.
Again go with ur CV and a recent Passport photo.

An insider told me that they now employ 2.1 as Sales analyst and moreover it is nolonger limited to federal universities like before. Could it be true?
Pls someone should help,I'm in desperate need of the job having passed the text and the 1st leg of the oral interview. I'm hopeful that I will be called to meet with the M.D. God will never allow our suffering to be in vain.

Just ask u to tell him about urself, ur family background, what ur parents do for a living and asks u Y he should employ u.
U shd be able to tell him ur values and what u intend to contribute to the bank. Though these may differ but, bet it with me it wont be 2 far from wat i av told u. It does not last for more than 6 or 7 mins. success mannnn...........
well, Access bank was so crazy bout Federal University grads [to an extent that they dont mark State/Private...Univ. grads scripts during tests]...but now, i know of my two State Univ. grads wey just complete the training school...so...
pls how can one submit his cv since the bank is recruiting.i need somebody to help me out! i need the job badly............

i will be going to training school soon.they really need people both corpers and graduates.just walk into their oyin jolayemi office and drop ur cv at their front desk.and go back home and pray.they will definitely call regardless of what course u read.goodluck guys. ;)
Uchey, If they really need people just like you said what could be their reason for having not invited candidates who scale through the 1st leg of the interview from portharcourt.Secondly what kind of questions did he (MD) ask you.

Access Bank's values is somehow strict and highly capitalist.
I'll advice you guys to focus more on how to secure a job where you will NOT be subjected to "too-much pressure, demands and target with a zero-error tolenrance".
If you were lucky to be as a successful applicant after their interviews....please never relax and feel that you are at the glorious land. ALWAYS BE ON A LOOK OUT FOR OTHER BANK/COMPANY WITH MANAGEMENT WHO BELIEVES IN DUE PROCESS.

You are right. Access bank is very dicy, they would say something and implement a different thing all together.I have decided to forget them and pursue other things,afterall we should not put all our eggs in one basket.
@tonesky, june 2007 is sure a very long time to wait for an interview from Access. I too is undergoing this problem and have seen from your comments that this is a common trend by Access bank. Tonesky please I am eager to know what went down with you and Access. Did they later call? What transpired? Thankyou
