I need a lil help, I'm a very shy person how do i face Interview Panel?

Hello everyone,
First and foremost, I would love 2 wish every member of the house a Merry Xmas. I would also love to commend each and ever member of the house for the good work they are doing, if only we had more people like U in Nigeria helping one another, i guess we would have a better country. May God bless you all and grant' u all ur heart desires.
I'm actually new in the house and recently just graduated and currently serving with the Batch C Corp members.
I'm a very shy person and i know that it's a problem considering the fact that i ll b facing pple in the nearest future in terms of going 4 job interviews.
Pls, could u guys help me out. Thank u.

U need to work on it consciously!
Take ur time to practice boldness and confidence when talking.
Be calm, relaxed and slow when talking...its better to maintain a reasonable speech tone and pace.

All U need do now is to practice it and nothing else! Try to look @ the eyes of the interviewer during an interview...it builds confidence.

at this age and era, there are books out there, coz i realy doubt if gals are attracted to shy guys,
dont know why u started this thread, maybe its ur way to meet some cheap gals? but if u are serious, follow this link and download the file and u wld be a flaming misile, its not all about looks, though looks cld get her attention, but it wont keep the converstion going..

the only opportunity u av 2 get out of this shyness is during ur service yr.now dat u r serving,get involved in activities,clubs and try to hold at least one office in these clubs.this will help u 2 build ur confidence.i'm talking out of xperience.it worked.

Compliments to u Treasure and to all hot jobbers...u guys are just much-too-much! Treasure, that u r bold enough to come out in the open about ur challenge means u r on the part of change already. Just work on it gradually. And dont miss the opportunity of contributing ur quota when u r in a group.

learn to attend more functions, meet new faces and always sit in the front anywhere u meet urself. more also try to keep eye ball to eye ball contact with anybody u're keeping conversation wit. you'll develop your boldness with dat. christosin

it's not a problem coz alot of people you see has that syndrome in them, but what counts the most is your ability to

overcome the shy instantly, take it or leave it your destiny lies in your ability to meet and converse with the person

intending to employ you. look at it like this: back at home you converse with your parents, uncles etc

just know that your parent could have had more work experience than the person you tremble at his/her sight

if you can stand the sight of your parent, just know who ever he/she is cant be more than them.

beyound that, self confidence and esteem counts alot, look straight into the eyes of the panel members

concentrate on any one asking you question and be bold enough to face it.

pally, your destiny lies in your hands and the desire to overcome your fears is just a stone throw away from

being overcomed. take the bull by the horns and outgrow the fear.

Well I think you should face the problem rather than shy away from it cos the only person that can solve it stioll remains you.

av it @ d back of ur mind dat everybdy is d same no matter ur calibre. make frend with pple dat can build ur courage and dnt b scared of anybdy. wen u are going 4 an interview relax ur mind, smile@ d interviewer, dnt giv room 4 tension and b prayerful.

dnt be scared, move wit those dat are very courageous, b prayerful, smile wen u ar being interviewd. It is well with you.

Make up ur mind to be bold and you will.
Face ur mirror everyday and just start speaking boldly and
confidently........gradually, u'll lose any inhibitions u might have.
Also note that when u're facing ur interviewers,
its not about how shy u are but the image u project during the interview process.
Above all pray and ask God for the spirit of boldness.......the bible says "open ur mouth wide and He will fill it"
