Human Factors in Aviation
The aim of this course is to understand the importance of Human Factors in aviation management systems: to understand and manage human factors as an important element of your management system (quality, safety, security, risk management).

The Risk Management Model used is the AS/NZS 4360:2004.
The exercises are conducted linked to the topics that are discussed according to the schedule and sessions.
This course is a comprehensive overview of Human Factors in Aviation and provides a strong grounding in the key reference documents and methodologies.
