how do one get published without capital

Gone are the days publishers do their jobs without money:that is publishing and marketing,then later pay the writer.I am presently suffering from that problem.Am a virgin writer of two romance novels but have not really seen any publisher who is ready to publish this works and its killing me.have resolved to approaching news papers so that I could publish this books in series.If you are acquinted with any body who could do this pls. let me know.Novel and Magazines (romance)publishers are welcome.
